Description: COSMONATE PH is highly purified monomeric MDI. It takes the form of white crystals at room temperature and appears as a clear, colorless liquid when melted. Monomeric MDI exists as a mixture of 3 isomers: 2,2- , 2,4- , and 4,4-MDI, with each monomer having two reactive isocyanate groups. MDI has particularly strong resistance to discoloration.
Application: Cosmonate PH is widely used as raw materials to manufacture industrial goods, living goods and sports goods and SPANDEX, shoe sole, TPU elstomer, synthetic leather, paint and adhesive.
Product: PH-G
Description: Cosmonate PH-G is a monomeric MDI, which does not contain BHT and TPP and isrefined to be highly pure. It appears as a white crystal solid at room temperature.However, when in its liquid state, it is as clean and transparent as water. It is amonomeric MDI of 4,4’ -, 2,4’ – and 2,2’ -diphenylmethane diisocyanate. It is aproduct with a linear structure and has two functional groups. In particular, eventhough BHT and TPP are not added, it is highly discoloring-resistant, which is theunique characteristic of a monomeric MDI, providing excellent stability indiscoloration resistance to high temperature and ultraviolet light.

Product: Lupranate MS
Description: Lupranate MS, a solid at room temperature, is essentially pure MDI and has a functionality of 2.0.
Application: Lupranate MS isocyanate is used in the isocyanate component for the preparation of elastomeric and thermoplastic polyurethanes, flexible and semi-flexible integral skin foams, adhesives, sealants and coatings. The special stabilizer in Lupranate MS isocyanate does not permit use in food-contact applications. Lupranate MS is the product of choice for low volume applications where light color of the finished product is required.
